    Ingredients

    1. For Green Goddess Juice:

    • 3- Stalks of Celery
    • ½- Large Cucumber
    • 1 medium- Green Apple
    • 1 medium- Pear

    2. For Ginger Zinger Juice:

    • 2 medium- Apples
    • 5- Carrots
    • 1/2 inch- Fresh Ginger
    • 1/4(remove peel)- Lemon

    3. For Tropi-Kale Juice:

    • 1/4 skin and core removed- Fresh Pineapple(cut into 1” strips)
    • 4- Kale Leaves
    • 1- Ripe Banana, Peeled

    4. For Antioxidant Blast Juice:

    • 2- Beets, cut into quarters and the greens
    • 1 Cup- Blueberries
    • 1 cup halved- Hulled Strawberries

    5. For Immune Booster Juice:

    • 1 cup halved- Hulled Strawberries
    • 2 (remove peel)- Oranges, Quartered
    • 1/4 (remove peel)- Lemon
    • 1 (cut into eighths)- Apple
    • ½- Fresh Ginger

    6. For Not-So-Sour Apple Juice:

    • 2(cut into eights)- Tart Apples
    • 5- Kale Leaves

    7. For Kale Kickstart Juice:

    • 1(remove the peel)- Orange, Quartered
    • 1 cup- Halved and Hulled Strawberries
    • 2- Kale Leaves
    • 3- Carrots
    • 1- Ripe Banana

    8. For Cucumber Cooler Juice:

    1/4((no need to peel))- Ripe Cantaloupe Seeds Removed

    2 stalks- Celery

    1/2(cut into slices)- Cucumber

    1/4(remove peel)- Lemon

     

    METHOD

    For All Flavors:

    • Juice all the ingredients following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
