  • 1 Tsp - Alco Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp - Alco red chili powder
  • 1 Tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tsp - Alco garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp - Chopped coriander leaves
  • To Taste - Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a blender, blend Alco shredded coconut and green chilies into a coarse powder.
  • Heat oil in a large pan, and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
  • Add chopped onions to the pan and saute for some time until pinkish brown.
  • Add green chilies, curry leaves, and ginger garlic paste.
  • Cook the ingredients on a low flame.
  • Add Alco turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  • Cook the ingredients and masalas on low heat for some time.

  • Heat ghee in a pan, and fry the boiled eggs until brown.
  • Heat a large pan, add cooking oil, bay leaf, and green cardamoms.
  • Add chopped onions, and saute for some time.

  • 1 - Bay leaf

  • 200 Gms - Paneer
  • 1 Tsp - Kasuri methi
  • 3 Tbsp - Cream
  • 2 Tbsp - Coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oil in a kadhai/wok, and add green onions and cardamoms.
  • Saute until the onion becomes pink. 
  • Add tomatoes, salt, and cover until they become soft.
  • Add Alco garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, and cashew nuts.
  • Let the ingredients cool down, blend them into the blender, and blend smoothly.
  • Heat butter in a pan, and add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add the onion puree to the pan and water for a smooth consistency.
  • Now add chopped paneer to the gravy, and sprinkle some kasuri methi.
  • Cook the paneer butter masala for some time.
