  • 1 Tbsp- Oil
  • 2 Cup- Of Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and saute for some time.
  • Add chopped onions, carrots, and capsicum, and saute again for a few minutes.
  • Add boiled corn to the pan, and cook properly.
  • Add red chili flakes, oregano, Alco red chili powder, seasoning, and salt.
  • Add sugar, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and grated cheese to the pan.
  • Add maida, salt, oil, and water as required in a large bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients to make a dough, and roll the dough using a rolling pin and board.
  • Cut the flattened dough and fill the stuffings or sabji into the samosa.
  • Make samosa shape and deep fry in the hot oil until the samosas become crispy and brown.

Dosa Waffles

Dosa waffle is an Indian twist to the American recipe. These dosa waffles are a filling breakfast recipe made of lentils and rice batter and given American touch. It gets prepared in no time, less than thirty minutes. It is simply a dosa but given a twist with the use of a waffle maker.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups- Dosa batter
  • 1 Tbsp- Water
  • 1-2- Green chilies
  • 1 ½- Red onions
  • 2 Tbsp- Chopped coriander
  • 1- Medium carrot
  • ¼ Tsp- Black pepper
  • To Taste- Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the dosa batter of rice and urad dal beforehand to prepare this recipe.
  • Add water to make the perfect consistency of the dosa batter.
  • Add onions, green chilies, carrots, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.
  • Take a waffle maker and pre-heat it to make delicious dosa waffles.
  • Grease the waffle maker with the oil and put the batter in the maker’s cavity.
  • Close the lid and cover.
  • Cook the waffles for 5 mins (as instructed on the waffle maker).
  • Serve these crispy dosa waffles with groundnut chutney and coconut tamarind.

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken by adding curd, ginger, garlic, curd, Alco Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, garam masala, and salt.
  • Now, Keep the chicken marinated for a long time.
  • For making stuffing, heat the pan, add onion and salt, and cook on a medium flame.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook well.
  • Make parathas for making a wrap by making them brown.
  • Spread chutney to the parathas from all over and add the chicken stuffing.
  • Wrap and make rolls.
  • Enjoy with green chutney or sauce.

Avocado Papdi Chaat

  • Mix avocado pulp, chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves
  • Squeeze lemon juice, salt into the mixture.
  • Add Alco chaat masala and roasted and salted peanuts.
  • Put the chaat to the papdis and add curd.
  • Add sev and pomegranate seeds to the papdi chaat with coriander leaves.
